Which 2027 models are confirmed so far? As of Oct 6, 2026, automakers have confirmed 2027 changes for the Ford F-150, Ram 1500 and 2500, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500 and Yukon, Nissan Frontier and Rogue, Kia Telluride, Honda Passport, Dodge Durango, Subaru Forester, Volkswagen Atlas, BMW X5 and the Toyota Tundra and Tacoma, among others. How to read this guide: each entry says what the maker has confirmed for 2027, what is only reported, and what is unannounced. Where 2027 specs are missing we give the current 2026 figure and label it. Pricing is official only when we link the maker’s release.
Guide compiled from automaker newsrooms, EPA data and clearly labeled trade reports, last checked October 6, 2026. No vehicle was driven or tested by us. See our sourcing policy.
The 2027 model year is arriving in waves: General Motors, Nissan, Kia, Volkswagen and Subaru have published prices, while Honda and Toyota have said little for several nameplates. This hub summarizes every 2027 model we cover, grouped by segment, with a link to a full page for each.

More 2027 model guides
New 2027 model guides publish two a day from mid-November 2026 through early January 2027. Each one follows the same rule as this page: confirmed 2027 facts are labelled, and anything not yet announced is shown as the current 2026 figure. Guides appear in this list as they go live.
Should you buy a 2026 model or wait for the 2027?
The answer depends on how big the change is. Next-generation models such as the Silverado, Sierra, Atlas, Telluride and X5 differ materially from their predecessors, so waiting makes sense if you want the new engines or screens. Carryover models such as the Frontier or Explorer differ mainly in packages and colors, so a 2026 may cost less for the same hardware.
Where a maker has announced nothing for 2027, such as the Pilot, Accord, Sienna or MDX, buying a 2026 is not a decision to wait on facts that do not exist. Compare payments with the car loan calculator, and check our best new cars of 2026 guide and best SUV 2026 list for current choices.

Frequently Asked Questions

It varies. The Frontier has been on sale since June 2026, the Atlas and Rogue Hybrid are arriving this fall, the Silverado and Sierra are expected at the end of 2026, and the Highlander electric is expected in early 2027. Makers that have not announced a model give no date.
Which 2027 models are all-new?
Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Volkswagen Atlas, Kia Telluride and BMW X5 are described by their makers as next-generation or all-new, and Hyundai calls the 2027 Tucson all-new. Toyota names the electric Highlander a 2028 model.
Which 2027 models have no announcement yet?
As of Oct 6, 2026 we found no 2027 announcement from the maker for the Honda Pilot, Honda Accord, Toyota Sienna, Acura MDX or Toyota RAV4; Toyota has since announced the 2027 Camry (Oct 13) and Subaru the 2027 Outback (Oct 22).
Are 2027 prices higher than 2026?
It depends on the model. The Frontier’s base price rose $340 on Nissan’s listings, while we could not confirm official 2027 Maverick prices from Ford. We only compare prices when the maker has published both years.
Where do the trade-report items come from?
Items labeled as reported, such as the Maverick changes, come from trade outlets citing ordering information, not from a maker press release. We label them so you can tell them apart from confirmed facts.
