Today, we’ll learn about the 2024 Hyundai Elantra, which has a new look and everything it offers.
Let’s find out what the 2024 Hyundai Elantra offers regarding equipment, engine, safety features, etc. Since Hyundai came to the world, the 2024 Elantra has been very popular. It has had many versions, and now it has a new design. This new model is more significant than the older ones. Let’s see what it has.
At the front, the new design gives it a bold look. The lights are perfect, and it also has fog lights. The grill has a fantastic pattern, similar to the Tucson, and there’s a new logo in the centre.
The car’s size is just right for its class. Because of its size, it’s spacious, comfortable, and drives well. The wheels are 16 or 17 inches, depending on the version. The tyres are 205/55 for the smaller wheels and 225/45 for the bigger ones. Both designs look great and match the car’s overall style.
The mirrors have turn signals, and the car opens when you close. The back of the vehicle has a sleek, coupe-like design with sharp lines that make it look stylish.
Inside, the materials look and feel good. The front seats open when you get close. The materials are of good quality and well put together. However, you might be unable to fit large bottles in the holders. The seats can be adjusted, but only manually. It would be nice if this could be improved.
The digital cluster in the driver’s seat looks great. It would be nice if it included information from your smartphone via Android Auto. The small screen in the centre shows all the travel information. The steering wheel is multifunctional, wrapped in leather, and feels high-quality. It’s an excellent option for this car.
In the centre console, there are more details to note. The materials are of good quality and match the dashboard. There’s a sizeable 10.25-inch screen with shortcut buttons for quick access, and it connects with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. I appreciate that it still has knobs for volume control, which I like a lot.
The car has dual-zone air conditioning, 12V inputs, USB type A and C inputs, and an induction smartphone charger. It also has a button for quick access to the reverse camera, which is practical and functional.
The car features an electronic handbrake and Auto Hold. The cup holders are a good size, with a removable rubbery insert to prevent strange noises. The soft-touch armrest offers good storage space. The seats have an exciting design and are comfortable, with adjustable headrests. There are also courtesy lights, though I wish the LED technology were better. The electrochromic mirror and lighted visors are nice touches, but I want improved internal LED lighting.
The 2024 Hyundai Elantra’s cabin is surprisingly roomy for such a small car. It’s okay for adults to sit in front or back seats. However, the sloped roof makes it harder for people in the back to see, and if you choose the sunroof, the front riders will lose a few inches of space. Even though the roof slopes, getting in and out is easy because the doors open wide. Thanks to its six-way manual driver’s seat, the driver can find a comfortable position. The visibility is excellent overall, and the car has many driver-assistance features as standard.
Even though a sedan can’t be as valuable as an SUV or crossover, the 2024 Elantra’s 14.2 cubic feet cargo space is more than enough for most daily needs and weekly shopping trips. The back seats can be folded down in a 60/40 split if you need more room for more significant items. The SE model, on the other hand, does not have this function.
Moving on to the rear seats, we find soft-touch materials in the middle part. This is appreciated, especially where your armrests. Hyundai does this well, unlike many cars that lower the quality level here.
In terms of space, the rear seats are pretty spacious. This can be a critical factor in deciding to buy this car. Safety features include three three-point seat belts. There’s also an armrest with cup holders, which is excellent for long trips. The seats have adjustable headrests, air conditioning vents, and USB connections for different devices. Hyundai has done well with these features in the 2024 Hyundai Elantra.
Now, let’s look at the trunk. You can open it by pressing a button, which releases the lock. The trunk space is perfect and competitive. You can fold the seats in a 60/40 split to fit more luggage. Underneath, there’s a temporary spare tyre with tools and extra space for other items. This makes the trunk very practical.
Under the hood, the 2024 Elantra has a 2.0L engine with 147 horsepower and up to 132 pound-feet of torque. It comes with an automatic IVT transmission for better fuel efficiency.
The car’s safety features are also impressive. It includes a front collision assistant, six airbags, a blind spot assistant, a lane-keeping assistant, a high beam change assistant, a cruise control, and a wireless charger. The new essential design is also a nice touch, drawing attention to the logo.
The 2024 Hyundai Elantra might be more fun, but it has excellent gas mileage. EPA says the regular 2.0L fuel engine gets 31 mpg in the city, 40 mpg on the highway, and 34 mpg. These numbers are valid for all cars except the base SE, which gets an even better gas mileage at 32 mpg in the city, 41 mpg on the highway, and 36 mpg. The SE probably gets better gas mileage because it has smaller wheels and less weight, resulting from less equipment on board.
There is a Hyundai Elantra from 2024! It has had many changes and improvements, including new features and a new look.
The base price of a 2024 Hyundai Elantra is $21,475. Depending on the trim level and other choices, it could go up to about $28,465. This makes it a good value for money in the small car market.
The Hyundai Elantra is still being made. The 2024 model is now on the market after being changed and improved. However, some Elantra models or trims have been removed from the market in some areas. This is because of changing customer tastes, the growing popularity of SUVs and crossovers, and Hyundai’s focus on making models that use less gas and have more advanced technology.
The 2024 Hyundai Elantra is still a strong contender, even though small cars are more standard than they used to be. This car is accessible in the wallet and is an excellent deal for the money. The engine might be less powerful but uses more gas. There are no significant problems with driving, and the car is more comfy than most in its class. The Elantra does a great job as a car in terms of ease of use and passenger space, but it can’t compete with SUVs when it comes to space.
